Membership application

Six short sections. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or mail a check.

Annual dues

$5,000

Dues are flat for every tribe, to encourage equal representation, equal voting, and equal influence. Payable in full each year on the anniversary of inaugural membership to remain in good standing.

Before you start

Two representatives. Tribes often name one representative from leadership and one practitioner such as a treasurer or CFO. Appointments are entirely at the discretion of Tribal or ANC leadership.

Your tribal seal. Optional, and kept private until your application is approved. You choose whether to license it for NAFOA's use.

Payment. Card and bank details go directly to Authorize.net. NAFOA never sees or stores them.

Your NAFOA Vault. Once approved, both representatives are invited to your tribe's Vault, where your primary representative can add colleagues.
